i think it was a joke but i was wrong.,..first your right hand-the man you wrote all the hits with, leaves the tour, then all of a sudden you start to enjoy being on stage and giving everything you have...
i ve watched 2-3 jbj/kings of suburbia shows from you tube and i find it sad...mediocre covers of songs that jon just wants to play and thinks that suit him....i dont want to be negative but this was supposed to be a bj show...not a copy from a previous jbj solo show...
this tour looks like it will be the worst of the bands history unless sth changes drastically. jon tries hard, i think everyone would give him that but he makes some poor decisions and messes up the bands reputation...if jon wants to be like rod steward or elton john fine, i m afraid he will end up a cliche in the end...he will put the kings of suburbia in bj he will have his own poors man e street band and will tell us about how good they sound and how everything is better...
bon jovi were never about the art, they were about the energy, the chemistry between jon and richie, the charisma and the brotherhood. nowdays its only jons charisma thats left

I'm usually a fairly big defender of Jon's decisions but not in this case - yes it might even be a great show and interesting from a fan who has heard almost everything he wants to see, but that's not a Bon Jovi setlist.

No Keep The Faith? seriously?

If he was going to play solo stuff why not Never Say Die, or Santa Fe, not covers. Not that many of them.

Assuming he finds out about this, I would love to know Richie's reaction to this. Baffling as hell.

all in one go. Ouch. I hate all 3 songs.

Lol he couldnt bring out any tour premiers for 90% of the shows yet pulls out these 3 back to back. I'd have loved to hear the fighter though.

Really annoys me that he *can* change it when he wants, but only for what he feels like playing and what mood hes in.

Also, still was able to play Who says, BTF, LH, BTBMB - just shows these songs are here for the duration if they survuve this setlist.

Though I am wondering if Richie was there and they played the exact same set if everyone would be raving about how they mixed up the set.

Shocking stuff.

Only question I have is how was this billed? Was it part of the BWC tour, usual promotion etc or was it promoted as something else.

I'd have been compelled to stick around to witness such a bizarre evening but I wouldn't blame any casual to walk out of this. Terrible.

I would feel the same. It's a copy/paste of a JBJ solo show setlist either way.
