That setlist would not have happened with Richie I can assure you.

very strange decision from Jon here,if he wanted to mix things up why didn't he do a show like the one in Bern.last night was advertised as a Bon Jovi show and the customers didn't get what they paid for.

I can assure you it would have still happened. Richie is/was a yes man. The dreadful setlists have nothing to do with Richie not being around IMO, that set has been stale for years.

I'm one of the optimistic people who defends the band until the end but this isn't good enough. Terrible stuff.

It wouldn't have happened. Period.

A concert consisting of the full line-up would have played a Bon Jovi setlist. The setlist's thus far wouldn't have been this diabolical with Richie. This whole tour has been a complete mess and Jon made the stinker of all stinkers last night. My only guess is that Jon tested the waters for life post-Jovi and it fell flat on its face.

As for Richie being a yes man, isn't this the second tour in three years he's walked out on?

Wow---really hadn't expected to read that Jon's solo band opened up for Bon Jovi! Seems anti-climatic to me to have Jon out at the first part and the to return for the Jovi set...

Also, I really wonder what Richie must think of this. A few people have Tweeted him about it already. It appears that Bobby had more solo time in this show than Richie had the entire first leg of the tour. Not to mention, I remember early on, before the tour started, that Richie said he had hoped to play a few of his solo songs during the Bon Jovi concert. Not only doesn't he get to do that, but in this show, Jon has his solo band onstage for the entire show?

Wow.

True, but with Richie you can expect anything, since he has a large catalog and can play Damned, Let it Rock, I believe or Thorn In My Side, any thing, but with Phil, Bobby and now suburbians, no high hopes.

Jon must stop killing Bon Jovi. I hope Richie back soon.

No this is the first tour he walked out on. Previously he went to rehab, there's a difference.
