A wise move. Have you seen the movie 'Deliverance'?

Stay in Dublin, south side.

It wasn't said in a disrespectful way on purpose, but just with the usual JBJ egotistical slant on it.

I just thought it was a bit dismissive of a band who was already a clear success around the world and who were actually outselling Bon Jovi by the time the tour actually rolled into the UK.

Here's part of the interview

Thanks. Yeah it was how he worded it.

His comment though that they hadn't been here before was way off, they toured 2 albums in the UK before the "Have A Nice Day" tour.

What's wrong with the north side? I'll be in Dublin in a couple of weeks and booked a hotel north of the Liffey.

Have you got life insurance, a gun and a bodyguard?

I can't overstate how rough the northside is but to give you an idea...I live there

Na seriously, you should be okay. As long as your hotel is not in Ballymun or somewhere you'll be fine.

You'll be fine. Just have your wits about you if you're walking around on your own at night there but, as far as I know, it's ok there.

So Warm up acts are The Corona's ,Bressie and Hamsandwich for slane.
Thought they would have gotten more internationaly known name esp when upto 2 weeks ago before Today Fm stepped up their Promoting of the event(and giving away free tickets every hour ) there was only 40,000 tickets sold out of an 80,000 capacity..

Well, more room for me to bounce

So, whose actually still going and whose wimped out because of the Richie thing? We should meet, get pissed, and hope they put on a hell of a show.
