Yup, GC.

And I'm not bringing much being that my Ryanair flight is hand luggage only and I've got 2 days worth of clothing to fit into a small carry on.

So Slane meet up then? Not sure when we're getting the bus from Dublin - will depend on the weather

No, I'm not taking wellies!

It's forecast to rain every day for the next seven days in Slane. Given that it's just a huge field, I'd say it'll be just a bit muddy

Bollocks. lol.

I'm still not wearing wellies on a flight and they won't fit in my hand luggage so...

Just as well my trainers are knackered already.

Looks like rain on Friday but brighter on Saturday with possible showers. So looks like it could get muddy alright

GC for me and my 14 year old daughter too. Have to say after reading reviews of Manchester and Birmingham I am really looking forward to this now. Hopefully Jon might make an appearance out on the circle at Slane! The atmosphere in the GC was great back in the RDS 2011 (better than the DC which I did night before.) I reckon we'll get a real surprise rarity and a good setlist all round. That and a sunny evening...

I'd be the same. I don't wear jackets or water proofs to concerts either. You're there to have fun not worry about getting wet.
