I never actually got the impression that the show was short at all. I thought they played for about 2hrs 20mins (I may be wrong). It wasn't an epic but when you consider my last Jovi gig was the infamous Hull show in 2006, I'm so glad the guys decided to pull out all the stops. The whole performance was absolutely outstanding and I don't think I've ever seen the band in such great form except perhaps in 2001 but we got a 'safe' set back then.

As somebody else said, it's amazing how the simple addition of 'Always' and 'Dry County' turned this into a truly memorable gig. I know 'Always' has been fairly regular this tour but I've never heard either before so to get the two in the same show was amazing.

The only gripe, and it has nothing to do with the band, is that I may very well have been screwed over my Twickers tickets for next Friday - all £550 worth.

it was immense. i've seen them four times and was considering giving this one a miss as i thought they were pretty much past it.

then i ended up buying fecking tickets anyway thinking "ach well"

then i seen some youtube stuff and i started to look forward to it.

after last night my faith has been rejuvenated!

AMAZING!

Saving themselves **** all, that was a great set and great show, Richie gave his all with some spectacular solos, Jon wasn't that into it but I think that was because of the cold rain.
Two and a half hours is not a short set either!
I thought local band Logan were brilliant and would have been much better placed supporting Jovi cause The Feeling are absolute pish!
Roll on Friday

Funny, I think everybody else felt the same way. I can't believe Logan are unsigned as I would even go as far as to say they were better than Nickelback in 2006 (and sounded similar too) but The Feeling were absolute crap and would have been better suited playing at a teeny-boppers concert.

Firstly, Logan ROCKED! Ive seen them twice before in support of Alter Bridge, but last night they sounded awesome, very impressive and a far more appropriate support than "the feeling"...You dont want to know the kind of feelings i had whilst they were on...

And Bon Jovi? Well, they played Dry County.

Thats it, i cant say anymore...Well, i suppose it would have been a dream come true if they topped it off with a nice big cherry in the form of These Days closing...But im happy, it was a great performance and i dont think ive heard better sound at a stadium concert, maybe its because i was seated for a change, i dont know?

Logan didnt dissapoint, they tore it up at Hampden last night. Last night was the 25th time I've seen them live, its a travesty that they are unsigned!

The Feeling absolutely sucked in my opinion, however Bon Jovi totally made up for it this was my 5th time seeing them and arguably the best. Would have loved to have heard them play These Days but we did get dry county (which was incredible), always and blaze of glory.

i actually quite enjoyed the feeling but i was full of gin and only made it to the stadium halfway through their set.

absolutely cracking night.

great set.

i managed to forget they played you give love a bad name which is nice

and i even managed to charm a glass of wine from some random bird in the crowd

all in all an incredibly succesful day.
