Is anyone else feeling sick with excitement!? I thought I was past all this, having made myself sick with excitement several times in the past starting with their very first Irish concert back in Oct 1988 in the RDS too!(Fond memories..and they'll come flooding back again if they play WITW again!)But having followed all the PBP threads of previous shows and listened to Hyde Park I am ridiculously excited now!
Having two nights in a row is definitely helping!
Bringing my 6 year old to night one...he is hoping for...wait for it...Fast cars, No Apologies and In and Out of Love! LOL
I have reared him well...he is almost as excited as I am!! It is his first ever concert so hope it's a great one! We'll be in the stands unfortunately for night one because don't think the little lad would last the night on his feet or see anything from the pitch but Night two is all for me...daren't tell him there is a night two!
My wish list: TAALS, Letting You Go, and even though I know there's no chance of it...Get Ready!

Also what T-Shirts are on sale, Greatest Hits I assume? Anyone know how much?
T-shirts were £30 and £35 at Hyde Park. I saw a few Greatest Hits ones. I thought they were expensive at the time but now I wish I'd bought one as a nice memento.

Programme was a new one, presumably a greatest hits one - I didn't look that closely!

digging out the golden oldies - any love for 99 in the Shade? the ultimate summer track for me, if it's a nice day I would love to see them rock that.

im hoping for an awesome night 1, near 3 hours long (i assume teh curfew is 11 like aviva and croke.

been at munich already and that was great

lets have a different opener or Raise your hands again to get the energy going
lets have bed of roses back and sung with no mic problems
happy to retain just older (for my dad who is going)
lets have 2 out of 3 of the following - Hey God, I Believe, Let it Rock
27 songs
Two cool different covers with Bad Medicine
Extend out Saturday and BTBMB and shorten the Alrites in Who Says
Play Its My Life Quicker
Come back for one final song after saying goodbye twice like in Munich but not i love this town.

Hopefully Jon will realise Night 1 is sold out while there are still plenty of tickets for Night 2.

Only few hours left till our flight to Dublin (I am going with my wife). I am so excited and the level of emotions in me is unbelievable, not only because of BJ, but maybe I will write about it when we are back.
As for these 2 shows my request list of the songs I have never heard live so far is quite simple. All of the songs have been done this tour and 99% are probable. We’ll just see how big my luck is. First of all I need 5 more songs to fill out the missing spots of my all time BJ TOP10. Those would be:

DC (absolute leader of my wish list)
BPL (the only one almost impossible but since I got Santa Fe at O2 I still say anything is possible)
STBI
Always
HN

and apart from those I wish for TIMS, LTOR, LTL and NA (yeah, I love it). Of course I wouldn’t mind getting TD again and TAALS too And at least I am sure I will get my fav KTF

If they play all of those during these 2 shows, they can play ILTT 50 times if Jon wants it, I don’t care
I’ve got 4 memory cards with 24GB together and 4 batteries for my camera So I will shoot lots of HD videos like last year and will YT them asap. That I can promise you all.
I just would like to ask you for a favor. Those who share the love for DC with me, please keep your fingers crossed for me, I just need to hear that solo once in my life. Just once. That’s all I am asking for. Let the chase for my dream begin….Dublin, here I come!!!

Not to be bias, but I do believe Night One should certainly be as good as Night Two as they are there for the first time since 2008. Plus it will be packed and we Irish always show our hunger!

I have seen them in Dublin every time since 1996 and I am yet to be let down with a crap set. We got an unbelievable set list in 1996!!!!!!!

The worst thing since Jon´s injury is that they stopped doing the catwalk part of the show,so,for me,recovering that amazing part like in Dresden or Munich shows would be enough!!!
