no, and judging by what some other people have been told, we're going to have to collect them on the day from a box office which only opens when the gates open. ticketmaster are an absolute ****ing joke. this is the last time i'll be buying tickets through them for anything.

well you would certainly hope so. anybody getting arsey about that would be told politely by myself to take it up with ticketmaster. my brother sorted our tickets out and i'm not sure he even has a debit card. is he supposed to drag my dad down with his card?! pain in the backside, it really is.

oh they will, in one way or another. you're paying them to provide you with a service which they aren't providing you with. in short they're breaking the contract they agreed to when you originally purchased the damn things. if they're blaming the promoter then that's for them to sort out with aeg, not us.

They are not in breach of contract.. (i cant believe im sticking up the that shower of inept shite)

Their duty is to provide us with the ticket.. they are still doing that. In effect they are giving a full postage refund, but city of manchester stadium are then taking £2.75 out of that to provide u with another service.. which according to their terms and conditions is allowed.

this would seem to be the case, apologies. absolutely ridiculous situation, though. if ticketmaster are blaming the promoters then they should be footing the bill for the service the city of manchester stadium are providing, not us. the situation is just ludicrous. if the tickets were despatched a week earlier, all of these problems would have been sorted but promoters and brokers dragging their heals to try and curb touting and forgeries has meant it's us lot that are suffering.
