The last time they played on his birthday was Philly in 2008, if I'm not wrong and the setlist wasn't special at all. Right before the encores Richie came up and with some Soul players brought a cake and let the audience sing Happy Birthday which made Jon come out, say thanks and include Just Older as an audible. And it was nothing rare because it was quite regular song. So we will see now.
