bonjovi90 is right, there's something wrong with Jon. He's not able to move, constantly grabbing the mike whenever he's standing there to catch his balance in a way.

I love it when Richie's guitar is high in the mix like that. Gives the songs a bit more oomph.

I know its easy for us all to look to much into it but there's something about Jon that looks uncomfortable. Even holding the guitar, he's rigid and cautious
