It's so loud at the gig I don't think they'll be hearing him much. Keep in mind his phone is right by his mouth. You usually can't hear yourself at a concert so I don't think it's much of an issue.

true for us he is entertaining but there ... well.... he is LOUD doing the voices the instruments everything ... a whole orchestra ...
