Judging from the performances I've seen of the song, I think Jon puts a great deal of emotion in it, and it's quite beautiful and moving. Plus the song itself is one of my all time favourites. I do understand why it might come off as boring to some people, though.

It doesn't come off as boring to me, I just don't think it's all that good.
It's by far either the weakest or second-weakest song on TD in my opinion.
But, that's just me, and obviously my opinion doesn't translate to anyone but myself.
All that being said, I'd still be happy to hear that it was played live, since it's actually variation into the back catalogue.

They just love the fact that hes walking through the arena. he could sing the alphabet at that point and they'd freak out.

I'm predicting that they might indeed play It's Hard Letting You Go tonight, plus either Living in Sin or Wild is the Wind. I'm also feeling that Lay Your Hands may appear again very soon.
