As much as we hate ILTT, I don't mind it as much as some of the other LH songs live. It's still not an ideal closer, but I'd rather have that as an extra song as opposed to the show ending with prayer.

Yikes.... Just got out. Must say that the band is on auto tune and Jon looks really tired. I've seen them 5 times and the biggest rarity I've had is Open All Night. I'm entertained by the shows, but not entertained by lack of variety. Quit being lazy... Not every trashy girl in the crowd wants to hear Who Says.

Thank you Capt! I think it was your wish that did it!

I am glad someone was able to send out the pbp. I tried tweeting the first 5 songs with no luck. I couldn't even check in on FB. I'll write up a review for anyone interested...

They're playing really long sets every concert on this tour and I watched cleveland show and walmart soundcheck they look and sound pretty good, the best first leg of a tour for last decade I think

I would say it's the worst leg for decade... Long set doesn't mean a good set to me... No songs from These Days, Bounce or Fahrenheit till now... Also lack of songs from the Circle... Normally just Born to Follow. Occasiolly When We Were Beautifull, Superman and Working Man....

Worst first leg i can remember...

Best balance for the set imo would be:
10-12 hits, 6-7 new songs and about 5 rarities... Everybody wins. Jon can play his new songs, casual fans get their Prayers and real fans get their Dry Countys

Whether or not this is the best/worst first leg, it was without a doubt the worst START of a tour. Lazy, uninspired performances with 7 or 8 songs off an unreleased album, whereas The Circle tour at least started off with some songs we haven't heard in 25 years.

of course i want more variety in the set but imo they get better the last decade with every tour...jons voice isnt as strong as it used to be but they look really confident and comfortable in their own skin...i dont know how to put it differerently...during the lost highway tour they reinvented themselves imo, they looked more mature and comfortable, the circle/gh tour was an step forward for sure, and the last shows are an indication for better shows in the near future...
