THIS make the short show 'forgiven' ...to me at least
I think Jon needs to let Richie back to singing one song (or more )...it adds freshness and variety to the show

I love that one Deb I would love one of his of course but he does a fab work on it giving the song a different atmosphere ....and I'll Be There For You is his, as much as Jon's, why do we have to always put him off the picture as if he had nothing to do with the songs? Yup, am with you there. I'd take Richie sing I'll Be There For You over Jon any time of the week. To be honest, with the current state of his voice, Jon should let Richie do the whole show anyway :P but even when Jon sounded really well, I would have still preferred the Richie version. That song was simply made for Richie's super-bluesy voice.

Exactly, they both wrote it so I want the duet. I don't want either one to do it solo. Personally, I can take or leave the song but if it's going to be in I want it as a duet. I'd much rather Richie do one of his songs as it's an opportunity to hear his solo stuff.
