I was at this show - he certainly didn't come across as drunk. Or at least not as drunk as I've seen him at some shows. Maybe I didn't notice it so much since I wasn't really expecting him to be drinking

I was at this show as well, he didn't seem drunk at all, and some friends ran into him later that night and said they were surprised to see him so sober at that time of the night. So, on tour at least he seems to be keeping it under control. Besides there is no way Jon is in as good a mood as he has been if Richie is getting tanked everyday on tour.
