Aloha !

Setlists are still very stale, really only 2 songs were exchanged for something else, both surprising moves but yet only Always is one that's appreciated by both casuals and die hards. I'd be surprised if Jon would actually play Hey God in Southern Territory of the States considering how many religious nutcases live out there that'd be offended by such a song.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

Yehaa! The sheer possibility of it being played makes this setlist a whole lot better.

And getting the big three ballads in one set is also amazing. I got it in Munich 2011, and despite it looking strange on paper having ILBFY and BOR back to back, it did work for me.

Actually, this is not a bad set for nowadays Bon Jovi at all. Yeah, it's LH heavy and all, but things are changing for the better. I quite like "Saturday Night" so early in the set. (If it's done electric, I like it anywhere.) There is still potential, there always is. As I'd like to see the glass half full, I'd be quite ok with this set.

What's also great is the length of the shows. Don't forget, we're on an american arena tour, and so far they played around 3-4 songs more than usual per show.

I just hope that some new tunes will return once the album is out. Where the heck has "Army Of One" being lately?

I reckon it's on military leave.

Cool to see Always back.
Hey God as an audible makes me think Jon is making efforts to appeal a certain category of fans and try a little boost on tickets sales (just a thought)
Depending on how the album will sell, how the tv appearances and radio launch will be received - the band will then have to spice a little more their usa shows if they want to sell those damn tickets or make enough impact to possibly go on touring on this cd ... to me that <Move> (adding Always - and having OPENLY shown on the setlist Hey God in the audibles is not innocent - AND WE BITE )

This morning I tried to check the ticket sales it is not that good - as I was able to find in nashville tonight
8 seats lower level row C
that's not the image of an impressively successful touring band

In all fairness, good tickets are almost always released the day of the show.

It wasn't bad by any means, but the whole "I'll be there until the stars don't shine" part is still awful. He sounds very whiney and nasally.

Yep, always happens and more open as what are now "kill" seats open up as the stage is set. But, that said, the attendance will get posted eventually by Billboard. I checked and nothing yet.
