a) ok, then, to keep up with your logic, what is the NEW thing is that they are not trend or hype, enough or, anymore, and the tickets you talk about, usually *held aside * FOR USE (sponsors fan club etc etc ), are NOT USED by the said organizations .... because people don't want them

what Terri said and that is VERY IMPORTANT you can UPGRADE LAST MINUTE for a fab ticket but don't count on being able to resell your old ticket ... if YOU can upgrade or buy anyone else can .. no demand or desperation for any kind of ticket - unless you ask for way less than face value you won't get rid of your ticket -you won't get your money back
b) I wouldn't be that sure that the day of the show those remaining tickets are not resold to other organizations for less money

I SEE a decrease of popularity of the band here compared to all the tours I did as a tickets consumer (from 2000 until now)

there is NO high demand anymore and plenty of good tickets are available for ANY remaining SHOW

But, to truly confirm that as a fact Mireille you'd need to compare attendance from the same arenas last tour. I will try and see what I can dig up if you want to go through the exercise and knowing you...you do, lol!

You always seem really angry when posting. Why?

Not entirely true. The Bounce and HAND tours didn't sell tickets behind the stage and they were less expensive (under $100 for the good seats if I recall), and the demand was about the same for those usually. Plus during the LH tour they didn't play a single stadium show in the US, not even for the NJ/NY/Philly area. The circle tour probably had a little bit of a higher demand, but they seem pretty close to me. Regardless, I'm not one to complain about having an easy time getting tickets.

Actually, today on Ticketmaster the Nashville show tickets had been slashed. I pulled up a lower section on the side "ROW 1" for $60.45 total. Others further back were going for $15.00 taxes included.

Also, pit tickets for some of the shows have also been lowered on Ticketmaster. (by about $100 per seat in each price level)

Totally off topic, but your signature pic is from Fargo!

Good eye, that Shooting Star Casino sign is a dead giveaway though.

It was. Who would have thought that Fargo, North Dakota would get one of the better shows of the US tour?....lol. Do you remember Richie running across the stage during KTF (coming from what was Bobby and Dave's side), dropping to his knees and sliding across the stage while playing his solo? I wish I could find video of him doing that.
