Jon is struggling with keeping his breath and skipping parts of HAND and In These Arms. No Hey God tonight is my bet. Probably not Always either. But I hope to be proved wrong.

it didnt come true!! No surprise!! Just listening to thick as thieves, quite like it. Could listen to it instead of Amen in a concert. Also it is one that Jon could cope with it!

I have to say that I initially intended to switch the live stream off after half of the show and go to sleep. Just when I was about to do that I noticed Jon leaving the autopilot backstage and slowly getting back to acting like the frontman of a band I once became a fan of.
Even though his vocals were shot to pieces near the end I truly enjoyed that ITA performance, he was into it.

I went to the show last night, as well as the one in Pittsburgh a few weeks ago. Everything about the Cleveland show was superior to the first one. I had heard both Jon and Richie were sick back in Pittsburgh, so that may have had something to do with that performance. Also, my seats were FAR better last night (I was in the first row after the pit seating), so I think I got a much better perspective on the energy and interaction levels than I did further back in the arena in Pittsburgh.

The set list flowed much better last night - I think the changes they are making are good ones - and were necessary. Jon seemed much more energetic and mobile - and was really interacting with the crowd. He seemed to be in the zone last night and appears to be getting back to the frontman form we have come to expect. The crowd stayed more engaged from start to finish - no noticeable 'bathroom break' songs.

Richie sounded fantastic at both shows, and he and Jon interacted well.

Only thing odd is to come back for the encore and start with Memory. It sounded great, so I won't complain.

All in all, it turned out to be a great night. Whatever may not have been there vocally from Jon on occasion was made up with energy and charisma, and the band really sounded fantastic.

Just a few observations. Hoping these positive changes hold for those of you going to future shows.
