My audacious theory is that Jon knows by now that Richie will be back in Europe and therefore he just doesn't care to rehearse more songs with Phil and the band for the last few shows. Otherwise he would certainly throw stuff around more as he knows that they can't get away with such sets night after night in Europe. Well, as I said, just my theory

Love the theory.

But the setlists in USA usually aren't as variable as in Europe so unfortunately this doesn't mean anything.

Whilst i know what you're getting at with this, surely Jon would want Phil to try out different songs now in preparation for Europe?

I think this theory could hold some substance. Here's hoping anyway ...

To be honest the set is pretty good, i'd be happy with it anyway. I haven't heard Bed Of Roses or (You want to) Make A Memory live yet, and I love both songs. So I'd gladly take them!

I kind of agree but mostly I'm just hoping that Richie is back. I keep thinking that they did play Dry County in Canada - even with Phil - but once again - plain vanilla for the US

Same (ah, the joys of only having seen 2 shows ) but still, a virtually identical set 3 shows in a row? You could at least hit shuffle, Jonny boy.
