Yes, exactly! Unfortunately a bad combination of financial issues and Richie not being there led to me being unable to attend any shows this tour (if no miracle happens and I find a job and be able to afford a ticket in June) so I am very happy for my friends who still get decent shows even if Richie is unfortunately absent. I would never judge a show purely on a setlist either it is so much different when you actually are there and feel the athmosphere of the show, witness it with your own ears and eyes. Tomorrow will be the first time since 2003 that I will not be in Munich for Bon Jovi and it does make me sad even though Richie is not there. But I have three friends who are going and hope they will get a kick ass show still!

But back to the topic I am told David did lots of backing vocals and sounded really great and both he and Tico and even Bobby played their asses off and Phil was okay but trying too hard most of the time but Jon was really outstanding giving his all and then some and he joked a lot around with the crowd trying to lighten the mood. When it started to rain he joked about showering with 45.000 of his closest female friends and he said that there were about 10.000 guys in the audience trying to score with the 45.000 ladies in attendance but not standing a chance because the women were there for Jon and Jon only and all his. loll

Jon apparently thanked the crowd multiple times very sincerily for their loyalty and trust and friendship which is so not like him that I think Richie's absence is really getting to him...

RIP Bon Jovi. sorry,my turn to me dramatic. these setlists (IN EUROPE!) are a laugh. you can't hold the boat without Richie, Jon. it's just as plain simple as this.

I think he has said this at every show I've been to on the last 3 tours . . .

Finally a nice even set for die-hards and casuals alike. One can surely tell they hit Europe.

It's absolute horseshit that they're only playing 3-4 songs from the record they're supporting. And it's the same goddamn songs. Christ, have some balls - Play some of the new damned songs!!!!

Jon's so proud of the damn stage. It's like a man with a small dick being proud of his big truck. It's friggin' pathetic.
!! I think I've read a few posts by you that are somewhat like this, and some people will say "well, don't go to the shows then!" or "why are you here?" but man, I can feel your passion for this band in this frustration, you may well be Jon's biggest fan here!!

How people can say a show is boring without attending is beyond me.
On paper it may look dull but the band may be playing them well.

I think some of you need to admit your time with the band is over rather than complain about shows you haven't been too.

The one thing I would say is I'm gutted that WSYGH and CCATBQFM seems to have found their way back into the set now they are in Europe.
I hate these songs but as they are quite close together if it happens in Hyde park ill go for a piss and grab a beer!!

It was always going to be a safe show after the last one! At least they finished the show. All it needed was runaway and these days adding as a final encore... these were audibles.
