Nah, I don't believe that. They've probably just divided it into three different sections this time. Looks like overkill to me.

I don't see any difference to previous tours. The size of the pit looks the same to me, and there has always been a second barrier, just for the safety of the crowd. I doubt you need GC tickets to get into that area.
