Default Ticket Sales

Ticket Sales for these Meadowlands show must be hurting. There are advertisements all over the Internet, TV, and Radio how seats are still available for each night. Sorry to say it, but I have to believe that this is because people know that there is no reason to attend multiple shows because they refuse to alter the set list. I still believe that all it would take to sell tickets is announce that a different album will be played in its entirety each night.

I think aloit of what is up for sale now as tickets only are what were some of the crazy packages that were available for these shows. There were a bunch of different package deals available Emerald Silver Gold etc....... and these are what are on sale now.

I think it's also the ticket prices. I've seen articles where people think it's outrageous. they blame TM, the venue and promoter for these high prices. I'm going on Thurs., but can only do one show.

Uh, no. All due respect, but no. The reason has much more to do with:
1. Ticket prices.
2. Overexposure. The band has played 19 major shows in the NY/NJ area in the past 5 years.

You just told the truth. I checked earlier this morning and I did see a Pit seat for Wednesday. Those are gone now though.

I leave tomorrow morning for JFK. It won't truly sink in until then.

Brand new stadium. Home Town. Day before the 1st concert ever in the place and I just pulled up floor seats 2 minutes ago in section 7. It's pathetic. You guys can make all the excuses you want. If it's not the set list than fine it's the ridiculous ticket prices. Who helps set the ticket prices? Jon (the big time CEO) we all had to hear about in the documentary. Funny I could get 10 feet from the stage for Springsteen for $100, yet for Bon Jovi it will cost me $1000!

Last minute awesome seats always get released right before the show.

If sales are hurting, it's very simple. 10 years ago I'd have been at all 4 shows. The fact that I'm going to even 2 shows surprises me. This band has gained an unfortunate reputation of simply not mixing the set up enough, and not playing what the fans want to hear. Of course, there will be Backstage lunatics who don't care, but even for us die-hards, I think many of us have simply had enough. I want a different show, and until I see them doing it, I see no need to go to 4 shows in 1 place.

I couldn't agree with you more. I'm in the same boat as you. I would normally be going to all 4 shows as well. However 2 is more than enough because of the refusal to change the show. They are shooting themselves in the foot. They were originally supposed to play 2 shows in July with Kid Rock but ticket sales have not supported addinf the 5th show. People have finally given up hope that he will oblige the fans with what they want.
