Great to see I'm With You in the set once again. Was it announced that it would be the next single? 3 songs into the stream right now, and the way I see it, I think Jon's voice will be shot to pieces by the time they get back to the U.S.... He better get his act together

Horrible compared to 1995? Or compared to the last two tours?

I think the Richie thing is weighing on him and I believe he's more ill, whether it's allergies or cold, etc and he's just trying to push through. In all reality, Jon's never had a good singing technique. He's always sung from his throat too much. I also don't doubt he realizes how bad he sounds as he watches back every show and I'm sure that's not easy to digest.

Great show, I think it was A LOT BETTER than Stockholm. Jon was on a great mood, interacting a lot with the audience, making contact with people in the DC. On again this gig made me remember how great a frontman he really is. Tonight he was fantastic. I had a wonderful time ( and even got Huey's pick

The encore included also What's Left Of Me. They played it after IWY as a special request from a guy in a soldier jacket in the front row. It was ITA, Wanted, Prayer, IWY, WLOM, TD, Always.
How sounded Phil x in TD?

I'm sure it's not. I honestly don't think it's fair to say that Jon doesn't give his all, 'cause he obviously does. He's a perfectionist, a workaholic. If there's damage, he'll try and fix it, I'm sure of it.

I think people are being too hard on Jon because there are still people saying they had a great time and that's what counts the most. Yes, it is Jon's choice to be his own boss, but that doesn't give people the right to blame him for everything. And I believe as well that he suffers from Richie being absent, because it does make the shows worse and it puts a lot of additional pressure on the whole band.

Default Alert! Fish on the stage

First of all, apologies in advance. This review won't include almost anything positive about the show I witnessed tonight. So, don't read if you can't stand the criticism (mocking). I have not written anything here in ages or read any reviews of the show for that matter. Others might have completely different views compared to mine. It might very well be, that I haven't written anything positive here ever even though I consider myself as a "loyal" fanboy The last time I saw the the band was in Germany during the Circle tour. Jon sang pretty well back then, but tonight...I have no words. It was simply awful. Jon simply sounded horrible...and those facial expressions. At least he didn't try to hide anything

The start of the show was OK, but mainly because Jon's voice was burried behind the backing vocals in the mix. I think that the crowd was pretty good tonight. They didn't seem to care too much about the voice issues. Maybe it's just me? The first three songs were OK, but Raise Your Hands was unlistenable. After that Lost Higway destroyed the build-up totally. I personally like the song, but it just doesn't work live. Vocals are OK and so on, but it just doesn't work.

Something positive for a change. The songs from the new album were surprisingly good. Because We Can was actually OK (again because of the backing vocals) and I'm With You was actually something I happened to enjoy myself. No magic behind these songs, but these are quite easy for Jon to sing so he can manage these quite well. The songs sound good or mainly whole (or something), because they are not destroyed because of poor singing...

Acoustic set was terrible. Saturday night (electric) is one of their best live songs. Tonight it was just Jon making faces. My favourite moment of the show was the beginning of Who Says. Jon started with basic all rights shouts, but got no response from the audience what so ever. He should finally realize that no one in Europe care for that song. I actually quite like the song, but I cannot stand the all rights.

Worst Wanted, In These Arms, These Days and Always performances I have ever seen...and I have seen a few...Overall easily the worst Jovi show I have ever seen. After the show in Helsinki 2007 I sweared I will never go to a show in Finland ever again, but here I was again. Nothing to do with Finland though, setlist was great and all, but the vocals...This was my first and the last gig of the tour. They have a pretty long break ahead, so hopefully Jon manages to regain some of his voice back before the next gig. Or has it been this bad all along?

Oh, I liked PhilX. Absolutely nothing against him. I just wish Jon could sing, even a little

BTW: I went to a show with a first timer. We didn't speak about the performance during the show, but we both shared a commeon opininon about the show and the performance. It was shit. I even had to show her some youtube clips to convince that there was a day when Jon could sing and everything that is in the albums is not faked...

Sorry about the spelling. Tired -> sleep...

Not compared to anything. He just can't hit the notes, it's that simple. He's horribly flat throughout the song.
