Touring dosen't make the record company any money. Unless the extra exposure makes sales of albums increase, but that would only be minimal.

There are only 2,000 seats the rest is lawn. Did I miss where someone posted the actual tickets sold for this show? As far as I know, it was sold out and that is why a bunch of folks were outside listening.

About the setlists: We might know every song, but thousands upon thousands of the crowd will know the hits, and a few faves maybe. There are also vocal challenges, pacing & flow of the show and personal preference of the band members that they must consider too.

Not all tickets have to be sold in order to get the status 'sold out' on the actual day of the gig. Same goes for sportsmatches

No they're not. The band changes their set more nowadays than they did in the eighties and nineties.
