Woah. Whoever bags the support slot for that gig has the serious hounour of actually being the very first band to play the new stadium. Mind boggling

Or how about being the very first roadie to do a soundcheck in there?! I imagine that acoustics were at least a moderate priority when designing the new stadium.

By the way, you'll actually be 18 by then, won't you Walrus?

Default 2nd Night At Wembley?

The ticketbrokers http://www.best4tickets.com/ say that there is another Wembley show the night after.

I dont know if this is true.

I guess we will have to wait until tomorrow.

I cant see Bon Jovi playing three nights in a row, on tour.

Aloha !

I don't see Bon Jovi selling out 2 venues that hold 90.000 people on a row in the same city on the same tour.

Salaam Aleikum,

I don't think it would need to be a sell out to make the band loads of money! If they could sell 75% of the tickets, they'd still have around 63,000 people there for each show. Multiply it £35 (the cheapest priced ticket) will still make £2.2 million revenue for each show!

I know. But playing in that venue and not selling it out as well would be a bit of a let down I think. It's like "we thought we'd be big enough but we weren't".

I'm very very sure the guys did 3 days at Wembers before didn't they?!! I'm thinking back a long time ago now but I'm sure it was '95 as I went to the Saturday show with my best friend and my dad (he rocks!!) and they added the Sunday show after....then they released tickets for the friday too - don't think that sold too well...In fact I'm sure the dates were 23-24-25 of June 1995 - the sunday show was filmed for the Live in London video....we queued from 4am on the saturday - but got front row alllllll day so it was worth it...still goes down in my book as one of the best gigs in my life ever....

Although if I'm wrong on dates - someone please tell me....I'm getting on a bit now!!!

Mel x

I noticed they've not put down the Friday show in Southampton. I think they've probably just got mixed up and put it down as Saturday instead of Friday and billed it as London as it's southern england. That's my guess anyway.
