i agree with wolfgang. there likely will not be *that* much out of the ordinary for the Nashville show, but i'd love for Jovi to prove me wrong and make me eat these words.

i was at the show in Nashville in 2003, and the only "special" thing was that they played "My Funny Valentine." it was cool, but playing a one-off song doesn't really make a single show really standout that much, IMO...

this tour, i'm expecting nothing "out of the ordinary" other than Nettles joining them on stage for WSYCGH and possibly "It's My Life" (again, like in Atlanta last month). but again, that wouldn't really be *that* special or unique, to me.

either way, i hope it's a good show, and that a nice recording surfaces.

i agree. they didnt do anything special last time, and i wouldnt be a bit surprised to see the same boring setlist with jennifer nettles thrown in for WSYCGH and seeing her being considered "special". i'm not expecting ITA or BOB, and although i really want to hear keep the faith, i'm not expecting it. they wont "pull the stops out" to impress any music biz people that will be there.

I wish you're right!
I just love that song, and today would be a perfect day to play it.

'Bryan has been doing just that as the keyboard player in Bon Jovi for 16 1/2 years.'
When did Dave change his name? I know in the early days he was still 'Rashbaum' , but when did he change it to Bryan? Or did he simply drop his surname? Maybe that is what confused the reporter?

I think he's listed as Rashbaum on the self-titled album, but he's David Bryan on 7800 F
