Default Official November 30, 2010 - Tokyo Dome, Tokyo JP thread

Well, it's time to get this show on the road again. This is the first show of the Japan/Oceania leg of The Circle Tour. The last time the guys played here was on January 14, 2008 on the Lost Highway Tour. This was the gig shot and broadcast by WOWOW TV. The setlist was very standard, except for These Days sung by Richie, which wasn't too crazy for the tour.

I predict for more of this.

And I could see them breaking out ONE new song, two is VERY much a longshot IMO.

Is there any word about either of these gigs being broadcast? And has there been any word on if they will bring the North American stadium stage with them on this leg? I don't know if it would fit in a dome like that, but to Australia. Or will they just get the simplified South American version?

Why only 2 shows in Japan? They usually play several cities. Are they not so popular over there any more?

no they are not anymore they have the hardest time to sell out BUT they don't want to play smaller venues (they could then play like 5 or 6 shows in different cities) the tokyo dome is huge .....the fans would rather have 6 shows in smaller venues of course but the band is not interested to work more for the same benefits

exactly ..the biggest place are the most interesting in financially and also I guess ego-wise ... but my friends from japan always tell me that they would rather have FULL venues it seems the huge japan venues are not selling out for quite a while now ... (I mean of course it iS not said on billboard)

Ohhhh I totally forgot about these shows. That's cool the time difference with the UK will be better to follow the shows than the US ones.
