As far as I know, smileys are used to convey the true intention of the text. I used it for a reason.

And to be perfectley honest I'd expect most people to refrain from insulting others, and to be mature enough to simply ignore what they find insulting.

EDIT: Hold the phone, this is turning into a thread hijack PM if you'd like to continue, I don't like reading other people's tiffs, so I'm guessing others are the same.

Not at all but there isn't necessity for wise-arse comments and even less need for bashing a band you know nothing about. It's no wonder this place comes across as so hostile when everybody's forcing uninformed opinion down your throat.
