Man, he is so anti Bon Jovi and wants to be respected as an individual artist. I think at this point, Jon and Richie no longer have a friendship and if they do regroup, it will be strictly professional. It's just like how people hate each other after a divorce but have to keep it real for the kids.

As he stated in that interview (well done bty), he was limited on the past few albums, something we all assumed all along, and he just wants to be a rock & roller again. Even if he makes a complete mess out of these few shows, kudos to him for doing what he's been wanting to do for a long time now.

If Jon didn't write sleepers like What Do You Got or have Shanks rely on overproductions to make mediocre songs album tracks, Richie might still be around.

The only thing Richie could have done better was stick out the remaining 8 months to finished the tour before his long awaited break. But then again, having Jon as your superior, has to be complete hell. He just couldn't take it any longer....

Anyway, I think this set-list looks amazing. I would love to see this show over any band show at this point. Richie's worst day is better than Jon's best and the sad thing is, he's not even the lead vocalist.

I'm the most fan of Richie, but you're wrong about one thing. When Jon has a great night, he is the best, what happens is that has not happened often in this last tour. Richie doing of penalty now, but he will improve.

Oh back in the day Jon was the man!!!! I'm talking current times (2013-14)...

Jon once had such a uniqueness in his voice that he delivered a song like no other. Those days are sadly gone for good. Thank goodness for Richie...

It sounds like he said "Because I know which one are mine and which are his". Can anyone else clarify?

And ehh I still can't throw him sympathy, he was there co-writing the songs making them just as poppy as they were. If his name is attached then he gets the success and the blame. Can't be one or the other.

EDIT: "Hey, I wrote those songs, too. They're just as much my songs as anybody else's" With that statement people can't sit here and say Jon forced him to co-wrote a whole whack of songs that sucked.

It's just another Jab towards Jon. He say's all the right things during interviews due to years and years of sitting next to the spin master but given the opportunity, he takes a shot.

Part of me thinks that Richie wanted back at one point and Jon told him to F off. I also think that Richie thought the tour would suffer without him and is pissed that it didn't.

Yeah - that's what he says. I mean - we all know which ones are his songs and which ones are Jon Bon's but still...after 30 years you don't say shit like that. Must have got carried away a little.

I wonder. What would have happened if the BWC tour had been an economic failure?

Richie's an asshole lol!!! It seems like he doesn't have control of his ego either, still, he seems to be settling in fine on that washed up rockstar vibe! He wears it to his advantage, it suits him....
