They should play concert for all who can arrive + for people who want watch it on TV.

And then they should bring back money for all those who can't be there or change for another BJ shows near this place.

I hope we'll see live streaming today ev en if they'll will play for 10 people.

I agree with this, the people who are there will be happy that the concert is still taking place and the people who can't will be happy that they'll get a refund. Everyone wins!

I don't think Jon calls the shots here alone. The management will talk to the promoters who will probably talk to the authorities.

I am still really sorry for all of the people who cannot make it because of the weather condition. Even if they reschedule they have to offer the money back and this way they will lose money and it will take a lot of extra work to organize it.

DANBURY, Conn. (CBSNewYork) — Parts of Connecticut were covered in over 3 feet of snow early Saturday, as a travel ban remained in effect.

At a news conference late Saturday morning, Gov. Dannel Malloy said the travel ban will likely be maintained “through today.” Meanwhile, he said 270 National Guard troops have been pressed into duty to assist with the blizzard aftermath.

There are many roads that are impassable or otherwise dangerous due to snow drifts or stalled cars, Malloy said.

The snowstorm was blamed for one woman’s death in Prospect, Conn. A woman using a snowblower Friday evening was apparently hit by a car in a hit-and-run accident, Malloy said.

The woman was believed to be 81 years old, but her identity was not immediately learned.

Meanwhile, the danger of traveling in Connecticut was so severe Saturday that non-essential ambulance calls may or may not be handled at the discretion of an agency that would be dispatching the ambulances.

If the non-essential callers cannot be reached, the ambulances may not respond immediately. But crews might be able to get to some callers on four-by-fours, Malloy said.

Malloy also advised motorists to keep vents on the sides of houses clean, since if they become blocked with snow, carbon monoxide could back into the house.

Anyone with a hydrant on his or her property was also asked to dig it out so that a response can be effected if a fire breaks out.

As CBS 2’s Lou Young reported, the snow had stopped by 7 a.m. in Danbury. But parts of central Connecticut were still seeing narrow bands of very intense snow as a result of the historic blizzard.

Totals in some areas were staggering – 38 inches in Milford, 30 in Bridgeport, and 20.5 in Danbury. Over 40 inches fell in Shelton, just west of New Haven.

Just reported on Channel 4 in CT., employees can't even get to arena for show. No comment from Bon Jovi represenatives on why show isn't postponed.

This could turn into a very bad PR situation.

Considering how he's hinting at a possible cancellation it'd be very wise if he'd just shut up. Richie going on Twitter and posting all these brainfarts are causing nothing but frustration towards everyone involved.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan
