Saturday Night was acoustic. Looks like the same stage, how lazy.

As for the set, it is pretty crummy. Where are songs like Bad Medicine or Runaway? I know they are old and tired, but I (and all the crowd) would much rather hear them over Whole Lot of Leavin' or We Got it Going On for the ump-teen-millionth time. There are too many duds in the set, too. When We Were Beautiful is so mediocre live, and the Amen-Fighter-Saturday run is pretty boring. Keep the Faith is ridiculously out of place, too. And Bad Name is a weird opener.

As someone else pointed out, that's a pretty long time at the beginning between the big hits. It starts off on the huge song Bad Name, but then there's 5 songs in between that are relatively unknown to the fans. It's My Life should be further up in the set, I think.

So I guess it's not song choice that's so horrible, it's just the flow that's horrible. There are too many slow songs that are just generally uninteresting. It would be different if they were playing more intimate venues, but they are a rock band playing arenas. Rock it up a bit.

As a side note, the set needs at least one big ballad, whether that be I'll Be There For You, Bed of Roses, or Always. It just needs it, really. Those three songs are among their biggest hits, and the fans want to hear them. Plus, they are much better slow songs than duds like When We Were Beautiful or acoustic Saturday Night.

And on another side note, there are only 4 songs where Jon doesn't have a guitar or maracas. So for 16 songs, he is chained to the mike (he didn't move at all in Amen, so I'm grouping that with that 16).

I don't wanna come across as too negative, and I know it's a first (and free) show. But it's just an awkward, weird set.

One off gig (free) so see it as a warm up.

But the lack of early songs from first 5 albums is a tad worrying.
Good to see a lot of new songs.

Really?? People are again complaining about this set? Really? So... Bon Jovi played for free and they they did 16 songs! AND: There will be another show in October! So please stop bashing this WARM up show.

Today the first real one starts... Then we have a clue somehow what the set will look like in the future... But however - we also know that at the beginning they probably won't be able to show what they can.. Of course you have to find out at which place in the set the new songs fit the best... So PLEASE don't be too negative again... I can remember the first gigs at the O2 arena... They have been criticised all over but they got much better....

And no, I'm not a blind fanboy... I am not happy with certain developments of the band too... But lately it seems that there is a whole lot of moaning going on...

EDIT: Right at the end of this video it sounds like they've changed the intro to Captain Crash to Jon on an acoustic, as opposed to the actual riff.

Definitely agreeing with you there, makes a great change. Was also thinking that this could only happen if Jon was in a good mood too Lets hope the mood continues!

So the show is postponed to October? It seems like the tour will continue maybe up to 2014.
