truth is, if this was a free impromptu gig in front of a small audience, they could have used the opportunity to play songs by request and perhaps play some rarities. a shame really. but thumbs up for playing a free show.

Which brings me to my point that there's nothing impromptu about this show, it was played as planned for the first show ...

I was there last night and I want to clear up some things for you guys... 1. This was NOT a tour show at all and he emphasized that. 2.) the production and lighting was only used in a few songs to get ready for DC. 3.) The videos don't show the true excitement of this show, WITW was a highlight for me hearing it for the first time ever. 4.) Crash into was Jon on acoustic and then full band after 1st verse. 5.) KTF had an extended solo time by Richie and Dave. 6.) Water was the highlight of the night, Jon and Richie sand together at one mic for part of it, and it sounds great live, but there was an extended outro solo by Bobby...Just my thoughts guys

And it was such a great experience to watch from the floor and to see a free show for 2 full hours, 21 songs, sometimes we should say thank you to the band and not be so hypocritical for the type of set played, I have no doubt in my mind that tonight's set will be more normally structured

Just watched some videos from last night. David vocals was quite high heard him in a few songs, and that girl singing who says just shows jon that people like the song so theres no chance that will be dropped

Is there a YouTube video for a new Captain Crash intro? I can't find it.

Hey, from last night's set it's probably the only fresh thing so far in the new your

Also, great Saturday Night performance. I hate the acoustic version of this song, but Jon really went full force in the end on this one.
