Gosh I really hope they drop I Got the Girl for Tues. show. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they keep Novocaine, and bring back Bells of Freedom.

I think we've heard the last of Bells. All reports say it was very poorly received at every show.

Of all the songs on the album that I wouldn't want to hear, that and Wildflower are it, so hopefully they HAVE canned it.

Having never been to a show where I Got The Girl was performed, how was THAT received by the crowd? It's now being played at it's 3rd (4th if you count the OWN tour as seperate) tour, surely it isn't THAT good??

Eh, it was received ok. It was the first encore so the crowd was pumped anyway. Lots of people sat it out and went to the bathroom.

The song itself is nothing special. I've never understood why they bother performing it. Maybe it's just easy on Jon vocally or something.

I wouldn't imagine that Next 100 Years would be all that tough to sing either.....same album, MUCH better song! Yet it's been banished since the Crush Tour, has it not?

I Got The Girl is one of the Jovi songs I hate the most (together with Captain Crash). Bring back Mystery Train!
