I really like the acoustic set, but I cannot stand the end of the show. Why oh, why are they playing so much covers at the end of the show?

I have it, but my camera is 10.0 so the file is to big for youtube Same with NSG, although my camera died partway through the song and the first half was erased

That seems to be a trend lately with some artists.

I saw Meat Loaf in March and the set ended with Mercury and Gimme Shelter. And the sad thing was that Meat was having major vertigo problems and stuff so he actually cut a few songs from the setlist. Still an awesome show though. It is kind of funny, back in 1993/1994 I saw Bon Jovi KTF tour and Meat Loaf BOOH 2 tour and now 13 years later seeing them both again in the same year. And a lot older. But both still great shows.

You can convert the videos and put them on YouTube. Or even send them to me and I can upload them for you on YouTube.

Not the worst setlist, and probably the longest performance of the tour, but FIVE cover songs to finish with?? That's truly bizarre.

I hope Someday I'll Be Saturday Night wasn't acoustic, but I get the impression that it must have been if it was from the sidestage.

Well i never managed to stay awake last night so i am just seeing the set this morning...

Yeay ~ I agree 1 or 2 covers is tolerable but 5 in a row to end the night is ALOT and so not necessary with all the songs they have!

Saturday Night acoustic works for me, i wouldn't mind that. That is more refreshing than BOR TLFR.

While i am all for Diamond Ring/Mystery Train I think what makes it special is that it was such a complete surpsrise the other night. I actually *don't* want it making an appearance every night (and for those wanting them to become regular songs I don't think it will) because i think it makes it that much more special when it is played (if that makes sense).

I love that I LOVE THIS TOWN was played last night!! Such a fun song and i really had wanted to hear that..

And finally someone mentioned Ride Cowboy Ride as a "wish" to be played.... I agree that would give me chills to hear that in person, especially if it was played as it was in Tokyo at the New Years Eve Show back in '88.... That is one of my ALL TIME favorite LIVE PERFORMANCES of ANY JOVI SONG and while it is so simple with just Jon and Richie and their guitars it is just so OMG AMAZING !!

(cue me on the big screen) JBJ: "How good have you been? Oh My God!" (laughs, more teasing) JBJ: "You want it huh, you want it huh? Blood on Blood just for you, the good girl in the front row? The all request hour, the girl in the front row has just asked for Blood on Blood, ok, Merry Christmas young lady!" Amazing <3

Ending the show with FIVE covers is a joke.
It's almost like Jon has forgotten how many great songs of their own they have which could be played, and instead he's trying to think up more & more covers!

O ****ing Satan, 5 covers to end the show. They finally seem to get it a bit in the main set, and than they ruin it with such an encore.

10 studio albums, over 150 official songs recorded and they end with 5 covers.

It is really just the same 2 covers that they've been doing (and we've been discussing) frequently -- Twist & Shout and Treat Her Right. Other than that, they did 2 Christmas songs (shocking at this time of year, I know) and one to tribute a HOF election. Those 3 are obviously appearing for the short-term, so I can't get too excited about them. Regarding the first 2, no clue why they'd rather do those 2 than some of their own fine stuff . . . or why they think that's what we'd prefer to hear them do!
