Glad they didn't do CC, it's never been a fave of mine.
My only complaint had nothing to do w/the band but some of the audience.
Apparently there were more than a few that were there just for the beer & their "hits." I had an aisle seat so I noticed that every time they played something from the new album there'd be an exodus out to get beer or whatever. Not a massive exodus mind you but enough where I really noticed it.
A couple in our row left for what seemed like almost every other song for some reason, usually coming back w/beer. They obviously were there just cause someone had free tix to give away & figured they'd go see the nostalgia act cause they loved that "Bad Medicine" song when they were 7. It was kinda annoying.
It didn't ruin my night or anything but if you don't wanna see the act save the tix for someone that's actually a fan & would love those good seats. We managed to get Section 121 & I'm sure someone from the nosebleed seats would've gladly traded w/them if they weren't that interested. It just didn't seem fair ya know? Cause usually it's ME that's up there in the nosebleeds.
