Opening song for European tour?

Are we actually certain they won't go with YGLABN? For all we know.. they might just stick with it.

You know.... I am liking Bad Name as the opener sans the opening call and answer with the audience. I always just wanted Jon to do the full line. The only thing that would make it sweeter is some updated pyro to kick it in gear. It really makes sense for it to finally have it's outing as the opening song.

They could still do that in Europe. From what I saw... the pyro in LYHOM at Wembley was quite effective. There is no reason they can't do the same with Bad Name.

I'm a fan of keeping the opening song fresh for a new tour. Rehashing Raise Your Hands as the opener kills that... so I'm not in favor of it as an opener. Keep it special and memorable. Sticking with Bad Name works.

If they were to switch it up.. I'd look at Wild In the Streets, re-worked. Rather than starting off with the usual drum roll intro... Just have Richie make a little a bit of noise after the band walks on stage.. then just jump right in as on the studio version. It would be nice to see the breakdown re-worked as well... not necessarily done as on the studio version. Freshen the song up in the live arrangement to roll it out as the opener.

My feelings exactly. It really worked for me in Nashville. I liked it much better than I thought I would, from just reading it on the PBP's.

I'm hoping for Last Man Standing with a similar style intro to the one on the HAND tour (Richie blasting some power chords) at 5under1and.
