I think they should play I believe more often. It's a great song
They had played it the gig before Bremen as well. The reason it kept going was because Jon just didn't want to stop it. Not because they didn't know how to end it and stuff like that.

Sorry, but in europe 2003 they only played it in Bremen.
The show before was in amsterdam and this was the set list:
03-06-03 Amesterdam, Holland - 2cds
Bounce, You give Love a Bad Name, Wild in the streets, I belive, Livin'on a Prayer, Everyday, Undivided, Keep the Faith, Wanted dead or alive, In these Arms, It's my Life, Misanderstood, Runaway, Joey, I'll be there for you, Blaze of Glory, Hook me up, Born to be my Baby, I'll sleep when I'm Dead, Rocking all over the World, Raise your Hands, Captain Crash, Just Older, Bad Medicine/Shout

I agree that jon did want to go on with it, but there were times during the song that they'd try to synchronise with each other... it was funny.. i don't mean it as a negative critic since they obviously didn't play that song for a looong time.

It was fun, i wish they'd do it more often

Erm...No they did play it in Amsterdam, it's even listed on that bootleg you just posted! I was there, me and friends requested it and it was played because of our banners. It was one of the longest versions of I Believe I ever heard, and Jon kept on going on.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

Yes. And Thierry has got another brilliant idea that will probably piss Jon off, but we're going to do it anyway.

If you piss him of to much, perhaps he won't play the song... don't you think?
But, still it's very amusing hearing about this, so I would say, keep up the good work!!

well aslong as its a constructive message/insult and not just a ''you cant sing for shit anymore old man'' then you never know. He obviously struck a nerve with Jon last time and jon felt moved to respond to the banner.

Yes of course, that’s probably the best way to get a requested songs played.
It would be fun though, if some one put up a sign with "you can't sing for shit anymore old man". I would laugh the rest of that show!!
