I'm sure it wont be a problem getting there, by tube or bus at least. I'm heading across from Ireland and dont really worry about these type of things anymore as they always work out in the end and its easy to find your way around london! If your taking the car though, thats a different story. personally, i always avoid taking the car to the bigger gigs as the parking is always horrendous.

I'd reccomend parking at a tube station on the very outskirts of London...then getting the tube there and back...

or even see if you can get a National Express coach to London, and then get a tube to the 02 from the bus station...

Okay - anyone recommend any tube stations with good parking on the outskirts??! I'd be travelling up by car from the south-west.
Thanks for all the advice, I will check out the coaches & trains too but I'd be needing to travel back the same night & have always found in the past they don't seem to leave London after a certain hour!

that's a map of Londons tubes...so you can kind of work it out from that which would be the best to park at travelling from your direction

i have only ever used Cockfosters for parking at with bein north of London...

I haven't travelled to Stanstead Airport in quite a while but is there a tube line in Stanstead, or some sort of connection to a tube line from the airport?
I've checked the london travel planner and it seems I'd have to take a few buses .

Also, would it be possible to get back to stanstead after the gig for an early flight?

Does anyone know the name of the station closest to the dome?
