Off the top of my head, Nick Wheelr from AAR does.

My husband has never been to a BJ concert - he was asking why the one dude (Hugh) was so far back. I started laughing because he IS so far back he might as well be under the stage, in the dressing room or across the street LOL

The people next to us never even noticed him so when they came out for bows they said "where did HE come from!"

Made me laugh

Mike Campbell stands to Tom Petty's right.

That's quite sad

I've said it million times that Hugh deserves his spot in the front. Period.

I'm not one to be picky about this stuff but, ever since I saw the set up for TC tour it's kinda weird seeing that empty spot on Jon's left, it's like you see it and think "shouldn't someone be there? Is something coming out from under the stage in that spot later on in the show or something??"

Wow, imagine HUGE McDonald coming out from under the stage with some freakin' bass solo leading into Keep The Faith. That would be a comeback

No, you do care. You cared enough to make a post about it Man, enjoy the shows, watch the youtubes but who cares where the poor guy stands. Next people will be upset that he is smiling too much. How dare he smile, doesn't he know he is just filling in, until Richie comes back!!

that would look so funny and stupid i don't think hugh really fits there in front of the stage cause he moves so silly and often looks pretty stupid jamming there... even though im a big hugh fan and think he would deserve much bigger place in the band...

He should be in the front row, there's question about that. As it was on the HaND tour. Jon in the middle, Richie on his right and Hugh and Bobby on his left. Normal rock bands who have two guitarists do it this way (but usually the lead guitarist is on the singers left and the other two on right but that doesn't matter). The way it is now is just stupid.

yeah i know that Hugh has been there on Jon's left side from TD tour till LH. But still the whole group dont look like a band if there is Hugh in the front... at least in my opinnion.... Jon is just an entertainer, Richie is a true guitarhero and Hugh looks like a blind man with a bass with his glasses...just wondering there around totally in wrong place. But still I love Huge. They just should get rid of Bobby, then it would look good....
