I'm surprised, though, that more people aren't questioning what the fact that the Drills are booked throughout March might say about a Bon Jovi tour next year.


I don’t see Jovi touring uk next year. Maybe a one off small show to promote album but not a stadium tour. Tickets would be on sale now. Green day , pearl jam, killers all doing stadiums and tickets on sale already.

Initially wasn't going to bother. However, the tickets are only £14 so I might pop along to the Nottingham show. Venues are tiny too, I'd imagine he should be able to fill them, or close to, at that price?

Maybe not. But I could swear I've heard both Jon and X talk about a Jovi tour in the Spring, early 2020, something like that. Whether it's in EU or not, if Phil-X is in EU virtually all of March, that will take a chunk out of "early 2020" unless somebody else is gonna be on guitar.

Of course, in these recent articles, Jon also said something like, "depending on how well the record does" (paraphrased from memory). So maybe he's already setting up an excuse to use if it bombs or if it turns out that he can't pull a tour out of his ass.

This is a great interview. The story about Jon telling Phil to never do the guitar spin again was pretty interesting!
