The problem is that AEG are now becoming notoriously bad with ticket allocation.
For the Bounce and Lost Highway tours, they sold "Gold" seats, which were advertised as being the best seats available (other than the pit obviously).
Twice we bought these tickets, firstly at Wolverhampton then at Twickenham.
At Wolverhampton, the Gold Seats were so bad that you could only see Richie and Jon because the stage set-up obstructed everything else.
Likewise with Twickenham in 2008.
We asked for refunds or apologies afterwards and didn't even get a reply!

Someone I know already complained with TM but they basically said it is not their fault, it is AEG's as we know.
I am definitely going to try and send a nasty complain. I don't know I will get anything in return but I will take it out of my chest.
