hi there!
i have a major problem: i've recently moved to another town and my email adress changed so that they from american XS send my mails to a mailbox from which i can't receive the e-mails! i've sent them (help@americanxs.com) an email pleading them to redirect the mails to my current mail adress but all i got back was a standard-remail saying "if you have recently registered, you'll get the mails soon to your e-mail inbox blablabla" this was no response from a human being but from a computer- so they don't seem to read the mails which means that i never will get the mail with the password...
does any1 of you have an idea what i could do?
