Yeah, sure. Because you can just decide to do a world tour in a week and start a month later. That's clearly how this works.
People still seem to think that Richie can sell out small clubs outside of America, but this is just not the case. Bon Jovi aren't popular in Japan anymore, and considered how Bon Jovi can't seem to get a proper deal for the rest of Asia, I very much doubt Sambora being able to.
