So I was planning to buy all my tickets via ticketmaster. The site says there is a pre-sale for 'past bookers.' Anyone know if that means those who've bought Jovi tickets from the site in the past?
If so, I should qualify. But then, this so-called pre-sale was supposedly in place for Hyde Park today yet I'm not getting any kind of access to that show ...

This whole thing is messed up.

Anyone know what's going on with ticketmaster?

The presale for Hyde Park did open at 9 this morning, but i would imagine all the presale tickets would have sold out pretty quickly
