i think you can nobody call a fool just because he/she states his/her own and personal oppinion!
you know- there are people who have seen them 10+ times- i was bored of the set after hearing it the 2nd time! i know that i'll be going to every concert they play in austria although i know the set or huge parts of the set before i've ever looked at a set list of any previous show; it's always the same and what makes me disappointed is that JON HIMSELF once said in an interview that the boring thing on tour is playing the same things over and over again- so why doesn't he f****** change the set!!! they don't wanna play the same things and most of the fans don't wanna hear them! they have plenty of time to rehearsel- they could do that instead of "sitting uselessly in a hotel room- cause they've done it all and seen it all" (quote from jon)
for sure the atmosphere is great- but it is also great at a bruce concert, rolling stones, etc. and for sure you aren't bothered from hearing the same things over and over again when the only thing you think of at a concert is jon's ...erm... eyes there are people among us who have a taste of music and they want to hear kick-ass soli and interpretations of their own songs which bj has done twice in the past 5 tours (runaway and prayer 96' at the these days tour) and they play the cover songs on every tour- which is in my oppinion an ashaming fact- and many ppl don't even wanna hear tequila or twist and shout and are really pissed of when they hear again shout after bad medicine! it was a great deal once- but things change- but unfortunately not the bj-set list...

this is my own oppinion, stated with my free mind and without any kind of force- and you can call me a fool if you wish
