For Chicago pre-sale, there were two American Express options once 10AM arrived.

1. Amercian Express Gold required a password - its the 800 number on the back of your American Express Gold card (no dashes).

2. American Express required no password - just purchase with AE credit card.

On a side note, getting decent tickets for either night in Chicago on the first day of pre-sale was slim at best for me. To get within a couple sections of stage, I had to go to the third level. I thought I would find better by logging in at 10AM as part of the first pre-sale. Of course, tickets were on ebay before the pre-sale even went live. Very disappointing but I saved lots of cash
