Presale for Dublin on ticketmaster.ie?

I'd just add my name to list, if somebody has the code and would be willing to share, I would very much appreciate it.

Ticketmaster really do my head in, I havent had a sniff of an email from them either despite buying the last 4 Bon Jovi Ireland shows from them!!!

Did anyone have any luck in calling them? I havent been able to get through.

Would also be very grateful if someone would kindly PM the code, I have done this in the past for HAND tour.

I got through to booking line, guy there knew nothing about presale codes and none of his supervisors were around. helpful.

I tried customer service but was on hold for 25 minutes and had to hang up due to work.

This is so infuriating.

Like those before please PM me the code as I have received nothing from Ticketmaster despite using them for every gig (Bonjovi's included) for the last 10 years! I assume the code is reality and not another cock up by TM?!

N.I DUDE:- Mate i am not in the fan club and that is why i have no password. Like yourself i have seen them in dublin every time since crush, but because i am not going to pay an extortionate amount to be part of the fan club i will have to settle for what i can get on thursday.

I didnt think you had to be in the fanclub to get one of these emails?? Maybe some of the guys who got the password can shed light on this, was the email from TM themselves?

Maybe its just another almighty cock-up from TM, I'm gonna try ringing them again.

I am not a member of the Fan Club, and i received an email from Ticketmaster on Friday with the presale password

A further update to my earlier plea for this code…..I rang ticketmaster twice and got two different answers. The first told me that ticketmaster was sending a code to people who had been using them before for Bonjovi and that I should receive this e-mail no later than tonight……….they also gave me the ROI number to call since it is the Dublin show. I thought fantastic!!

However, when I called that, I ended up back in the same call centre and this time got told that it is the promoter of the show who sends this out to certain people and not Ticketmaster and that I should go on to the band’s website!

I am looking 6 tickets for family Xmas presents (both the gfr and I are dragging the parents along as both sets have always wanted to go but have never made it) but I am getting the impression that if you are not on this list for the Code, its goodbye to the concert as we don’t want to be seated right at the back. There is no mention of a second show on the 28th either but to be honest, it would not suit anyway with school term so…….if anyone is willing to PM the code I would be very grateful.

If it is a TM thing, could someone please pass the e-mail on in a PM........
