Presale for Dublin on ticketmaster.ie?

Ticketmaster cant help. I have called them twice and have booked tickets through ticketmaster and no presale code received. genuine fan, in the fan club but need to book seated tickets. is someone can message me the presale code i would be grateful.

and me. i already have tickets to the three other UK shows but have received no email from ticketmaster Why are they screwing the true fans like this?

This is ridiclous. I have also bought loads of Jovi through Ticketmaster, my plan was to ring ticketmaster today to see what I could find out but thats obviuosly pointless.
I have emailed Aiken promotions to see if they know anything.

This def has nothing to do with the FC, they have their own tickets.
So it must be TM or Aiken promotions.

I got through to TM booking line twice who said I needed to call customer service for Irish TM as they would be issuing the emails. I found it staggering that no-one in the TM offices I got through to knew anything about it and couldnt forward me on the email despite having my previous bookings in front of them for the last decade of Bon Jovi shows. Absolutely ridiculous.

Only thing they said to do is ring customer service directly. I have been on hold on 3 different occasions for 45mins+ each time and had to hang up as I'm in work. Shudder to think how much money I've spent trying to get through to TM today.

Seems like even if I did get through to customer service I would be told the same as above. Ludicrous that they cant simply send the emails on to people who actually got through to ask about them. Smacks of "cant be bothered" to me. What a disorganised, dreadful organisation.

Does anyone think that tomorrows presale will include Diamond tickets or are these fanclub only and hence all gone now. Does this mean tomorrow will only be seats/GA/GC? If so I dont hold out much hope for there being GC tickets available in general sale on Thursday.

Not sure I could possibly get any more p***ed off.

Would really appreciate someone helping us guys out who have been shafted by TM

I honestly don't think that there will be Diamond Tickets (ticket only) available.
I read a few times on backstage that the fan club were the only ones who have diamond tickets (ticket only) for sale. All other places will only sell diamond tickets as packages.

I could be wrong, but I do think I read that somewhere.
