Agreed! This just shows how badly Richie's skills are needed in some songs. And the vocals were overall actually pretty bad.

By the way, it's really confusing how Jon struggled much more on the verses than on the choruses of both BOB and TD.

From the footage I've seen this seemed like a great show for Jon, by 2018 standards at least. I'm sure he had something to prove with Richie being in the audience!

This is another reason why YT vids are misleading. Jon was squeezing in two songs before the curfew and needed to still get in Wanted and Prayer... They were a little rushed so Jon standing at the mic really wasn't an issue...

They weren't meant for performance with jumping jacks... Jon was just cranking out songs...

Pretty weird excuse: "I had not planned these so I don't move on them either."
Does he have to rehearse walking around by now? It's not like the songs get faster because he keeps standing at the mic while singing them.

From what I've read he must've been very interactive and enjoying himself, but that just doesn't make any sense whatsoever.
