I always thought some of you had problems with their ears, now I think some of you have problems with their eyes, of course that’s Richie, and he was there before the Keep The Faith break that JBJ takes, so he could say hi over there, who knows?

P.S. AUDIBLES were: Memory, Superman, Blood On Blood and Die For You

Interesting, no These Days or Blood On Blood... Sounds like a last minute decision to me...

I wonder what Richie thought of Phil??? It would be cool if he showed him some tricks or how to play some parts properly during their rehearsal sessions...

I really hope Richie's there for a jam session with Phil and not to replay It's My Life...

It absolutely was Mr. Sambora, there's photos all over facebook and some very nice wireless recordings of their rehearsals were recorded and are making rounds in the "circles".

I've seen an overhead photo of what people are saying is Richie but no photos where it's clearly him. Not that I'm saying I don't believe it but I was more talking about him being there before Keep the Faith.

Quick review from someone who was there...

I drove 10 hours one way across 5 states for this show, so I had a lot invested in it. I feel like I couldn’t have picked a better show this tour, all the travel was worth it.

The sound system in the PRU sucked. Dunno what the problem was there. Jon moved around way more than I expected.

When the first notes to These days started, I went crazy! I videoed the whole song from the 7th row, and I still haven’t watched it since I’ve been driving home all day. During the show I could see and hear that it was a struggle for Jon, but I personally appreciate that he tried. I’d rather hear it with some struggle, than never hear it again.

Jon was all over the crowd out in the audience. He even jumped off of the stage and went to someone in the front row in my section. Did anyone see what was happening there?

I had a great time. That’s all that matters to me.

There was this picture in reply to one of Matt’s tweets, claiming to have been taken at the concert.

Pretty much sums up my feelings. Thanks for your review.

Go listen to These Days from Giants Stadiums last night in 2006 - that was bad. I was delighted to hear These Days here at home but even when I was listening to it live I was cringing. Things improved greatly since then - thank god.

I'm not claiming that this is great - it isn't. But I have heard worse and considering how awful Jon sounded on the last tour here this is an improvement. I would like to hope that he would continue working on his voice as he must have done between 2006 and 2008. Perhaps there will be one more tour of Europe and then a homecoming show here at MetLife next summer.

I can dream can't I?
I'm glad you're happy, but if you watch these two videos back to back and think the second video sounds better than the first, you're drinking the kool aid, sorry.

Giants 2006 was far from perfect, but the middle register notes still sounded fine.
