I just got back but I'd like to comment on the corporate boxes. They were mostly empty for these shows unfortunately. These are special seats that are bought by corporations for marketing purposes - sometimes seasons tickets just for the Devils or sometimes the boxes are bought for every event during the year. It's a writeoff for the corporations and the seats are used mostly to get more business. If no one is intersted in a particular concert - the seat can sit empty - it's paid for in any case. It's usually not worth it for a company to sell a seat for a certain concert or event so a lot of times it stays empty.
It sucks from a concert goers perspective since there are a lot of empty seats in certain areas - good seats too

I would have loved some of those box seats. I really don't know how they are figured into the sell out numbers though since they are not really available for the concert.
